Kitchen
Our kitchen has turned into a real hot spot (pardon the pun) and our students are using their time to create some of the most wonderful dishes and desserts you could imagine. It is a vibrant atmosphere to work in and to see the joy on the faces as their creations disappear before their eyes, receiving the highest of praise from staff and fellow students alike. It is our good fortune to have students from different culinary backgrounds who bring cultural diversity to our food in Scoil Aine. Our talented exam students are able to focus on preparing their dishes to meet a specified brief, to understand good kitchen hygiene and achieve positive results during assessments by an external examiner.
